How do Boiler Plan survey boilers?
Home survey
If you've chosen to have a free home survey, one of our Gas Safe registered engineers will come to your property and perform a visual check of your central heating system.
They will then fill out a quote booklet with a recommended boiler that will be a perfect fit for your home.
A home survey will usually last around an hour.
Book a Home Survey
Video survey
If you've chosen to have a free video survey, one of our video surveyors will call you to confirm you have WhatsApp installed on your phone or tablet.
They'll then video call you and ask you to walk around your home to point your phone camera at different parts of your central heating system. After the visual inspection, our video surveyor will recommend a boiler that will be a perfect fit for your home.
A video survey will usually last around 30 minutes.
