With every care plan, we offer the below services to landlords at no additional cost.
- Receive a Landlords Gas Safety Inspection on all gas appliances in the home
- We'll issue a Landlords Gas Safety Record (LGSR)
- An inspection of your gas meter, pipework & gas appliances
- Gas Safety Certificate for your gas meter, pipework, boiler & gas appliances

Choosing the right care plan can be confusing, so if you're not sure about anything or have questions that need answering, take a look at our full FAQ section.
If you have a care plan elsewhere but want to switch to us, then you'll need to contact your existing provider and cancel your plan. You should find out what their cancellation policy is prior to this.
It only takes a few minutes to sign up to our care plans. If you haven't had your boiler installed by us, you'll be required to have an inspection by one of our gas safe registered engineers to service your boiler, at this point we'll confirm if your care plan is up and running.
All our contracts last for 12 months from the date they've been accepted.
We'll be in touch when your renewal day gets closer, at this point you can either cancel the plan or we'll automatically renew the care plan you were previously on.
We have a large workforce of highly trained gas safe engineers, who will always offer the earliest possible appointment - this is usually within 24 hours.
During extremely busy times, this might not always be possible, but we will prioritise you and always keep you informed.
Our care plans are for properties that are designed for residential use* that you, or someone else, live in - including any attached garage or conservatory.
*A building with fewer than half of the rooms used for a commercial purpose.
Yes, absolutely. Landlords will need a Landlord Gas Safety Certificate (or CP12) but we will do this for you as part of your landlord cover plan if your system meets our criteria. Your tenants can then just call us directly and we will deal with their issue, saving you time and money.
Yes, when you choose your plan you can select the date you'd like it to begin from.
One of our gas safe registered engineers will need to inspect & service your boiler to accept the care plan.
Your contract officially starts on the day you've chosen as long as one of our engineers have inspected & serviced your boiler and accepted the plan. They'll give you all of the relevant paperwork and we'll send over a confirmation and a renewal date reminder.
