New central heating installed
Free Boiler Grants - What are they?
National Energy Action Free Boiler Scheme
We have partnered with the charity National Energy Action (NEA) to launch our own Free Central Heating Scheme. Together, we’re offering to upgrade inefficient and broken boilers or install first time central heating systems for those with a household income of less than £20,000 per annum – with absolutely no contribution required.
The scheme is available for those on a range of benefits including unemployment benefit and child tax credits.
Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme
The Energy Company Obligation Scheme (ECO) is a Government scheme that works with the UK’s biggest energy companies to provide funding for energy efficiency measures in the home.
For those that qualify, this includes funding for a brand-new boiler or full central heating system, as well as other energy efficiency products, all of which can help to significantly reduce household heating bills.
As many as 17 different benefits qualify for the scheme, while those living in social housing with a particularly inefficient heating system can also take advantage.
