Service and Cover Plan Customers
URGENT: Please ensure that your direct debit to the Company is cancelled.
General Advice/Emergency Callout/Service Due
Unfortunately, as the Company has entered into administration and ceased trading, the Company is no longer able to complete work under your service and/or cover plan. As such, you will have to make alternative arrangements for your service or cover.
Remedial Work or Outstanding Repairs
Where the Company has recently completed a boiler service, installed a boiler in your home or there is any further work to be completed in relation to your boiler, we will no longer be able to return and complete any remedial work in relation to these installations. We would advise that you arrange for a new installer to complete the work needed.
Installation Warranties
Should your installation have been organised by a third party, we would recommend that you contact this third party and request that they are able to arrange work which is needed under any previous installation warranties.
Unfortunately, if there was no third party involved, you will have to arrange for any work which is needed going forward to be completed by a new installer.
Manufacturer Warranty
Any claims under a manufacturer warranty would previously have been administered through the Company. However, going forward you will need to contact the manufacturer directly to complete repairs under the manufacturer warranty.
Faults
Should a fault occur with your boiler, you should first ascertain if this falls under an installation warranty (a fault in the installation of the boiler) or a manufacturer warranty (a fault within the boiler). Please refer to guidance above in relation to these warranties.

As the Company has ceased to trade, we are no longer able to offer new work and suggest that you contact a new installer for your needs
